It covers all the alterations you’ll make to your trouser block, using your own body measurements, before you make the first calico fitting toile.  There are 15 fabulous pages of content including sketches, diagrams, photos and toile making instructions to help you fit your trouser block.

I suggest you start with my Trouser Block that’s available in a range of sizes.  Currently the sizes 6-16 are available and sizes 12-22 coming soon!  If you’d like to check the size you’ll need, take your hip measurements and have a look at my Size Chart.

You’ll need some pattern making paper and the usual pattern making equipment.  Be aware that this tutorial covers fitting the trouser block and not the pattern making instructions you’ll need to make your first trouser pattern.  I’m currently updating the Trouser Pattern Making Worksheet and it’ll be uploaded very soon.
