Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Product

At the time of writing this policy all my online products are digital download documents.   As soon as a digital product is received by the purchaser it is non-returnable.

If however you  have accidentally purchased the wrong print size for your pattern or block, I will be very happy to send you the right size print document. 

Please contact me directly and attach your invoice to the email as proof of purchase and I will respond asap with the right print size document.

Terms of Use – Digital Product

All PDF  downloads are available for home and personal use, and also for teaching and business use.  Check the drop down box to select the best option for your use.

Conditions of Home and Personal Use of digital product:

1. Users must select the Home and Personal Use option in the drop down menu to benefit from the following conditions.

2.  The blocks, patterns and pattern making instructions purchased are for the use of the invoiced individual only.  They may be printed as many times as necessary for personal use.

3.  This agreement does not permit the purchaser to sell, share, copy or upload these blocks to the internet.

Conditions of Teaching and Business Use of digital product:

1. Users must select the Teaching and Business Use option in the drop down menu to benefit from the following conditions.

2.  The blocks, patterns and pattern making instructions purchased are for the use of the invoiced teacher, school or commercial business only.

3.  This agreement does not permit the purchaser to sell, share, copy or upload these blocks to the internet.

4.  The agreement does permit teachers to make hard copies for the use of students.  Digital product may not be added to any shared sites or platforms.                                            

Online Classes (under construction)

Refunds

  • You may request to withdraw from a class up to 7 working days prior to the commencement of a class. You will be charged a 10% administration fee if you cancel in less than 7 days.
  • In some instances bookings can be transferred to other class.
  • There is no refund if you withdraw within 48hours (2 days) of the start of the class.
  • Requests for refunds should be made via email to Studio Faro (enquiries@studiofaro.com).

Transfers

  • You may request to transfer from one class to another up 7 days prior to the commencement of a class.
  • Requests for transfers must be made via email to Studio Faro (enquiries@studiofaro.com).

Face-to-Face Classes

Absences

  • There are no refunds, transfers or substitutions if you miss a class without making prior arrangements as above.

Refunds

Once your request for a refund (classes only) has been received, the request will be checked for validity according to the above stated conditions.  If approved you class fee will be returned via the method of payment used to purchase the class int he first case.

Gifts Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a digital product and the terms and conditions stated above apply to this product.
