Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Product

At the time of writing this policy all my online products are digital download documents.   As soon as a digital product is received by the purchaser it is non-returnable.

If however you  have accidentally purchased the wrong print size for your pattern or block, I will be very happy to send you the right size print document. 

Please contact me directly and attach your invoice to the email as proof of purchase and I will respond asap with the right print size document.

Online Classes (under construction)

Refunds

  • You may request to withdraw from a class up to 7 working days prior to the commencement of a class. You will be charged a 10% administration fee if you cancel in less than 7 days.
  • In some instances bookings can be transferred to other class.
  • There is no refund if you withdraw within 48hours (2 days) of the start of the class.
  • Requests for refunds should be made via email to Studio Faro (enquiries@studiofaro.com).

Transfers

  • You may request to transfer from one class to another up 7 days prior to the commencement of a class.
  • Requests for transfers must be made via email to Studio Faro (enquiries@studiofaro.com).

Face-to-Face Classes

Absences

  • There are no refunds, transfers or substitutions if you miss a class without making prior arrangements as above.

Refunds

Once your request for a refund (classes only) has been received, the request will be checked for validity according to the above stated conditions.  If approved you class fee will be returned via the method of payment used to purchase the class int he first case.

Gifts Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a digital product and the terms and conditions stated above apply to this product.
