The Hi-Lo Panel Skirt Pattern is an excellent example of a fit a flare panel skirt that is so flattering to all figure types.  The contour waistband sits just below the waist with six skirt panels hugging the hips and flaring from the mid-thigh to a subtle Hi-Lo hemline.

Depending on the season you have the option to cut this skirt with or without a lining.  The pattern is supplied in ten sizes ( Size 4-22) according to my size chart.
